GIRLS THIS IS YOUR HOMEWORK FOR THIS WEEK! 

Fitness motivational tip: Create a board that looks something like this! When I started my weight loss journey I put my starting weight and each week I would scratch off the lbs! Motivational walls are messages you send to universe and it's within you to comply to your ULTIMATE FITNESS WISH! If you doubt yourself or make excuses, you will send that negativity out. Don't do it. Expose yourself to social pressure - post your before and after / weight chart on FB and you will see what a boost that will be. A HEALTHY INSPIRATIONAL YOU  XOXO!
